2. No Smoking Indoors 🚭 – A $250 fee applies for smoking inside. Smoking is only allowed in designated outdoor areas.
3. No Pets Allowed 🐾 – To maintain cleanliness and allergy-friendly space, pets are not permitted.
4. Quiet Hours 🤫 – Please respect neighbors by keeping noise levels low between **10:00 PM and 8:00 AM**.
5. Maximum Guests 👥 – Only registered guests are allowed on the property. Additional unapproved guests may result in extra charges.
6. Check-In & Check-Out ⏳ – Check-in:4:00 PM (Early check-in available for 75% of night rate if requested in advance)
